This ancient scroll, by an artist unknown to me, would normally be held in the hand, unrolled from one side to the other; I have chosen left to right in this site design. My sadness is that in our modernization, paintings hang on the wall, sculptures sit on pedastals, but the tactile now applies to so few things. Even this scroll cannot be held in our hands. Wide monitors or high resolutions may see some or all of the right-hand side, and that is ok too - but, if in your journey you find a scroll sitting on a shelf somewhere, please do pick it up. Let the scene unroll with your hands, letting the landscape or calligraphy move you forward in time. That is at is should be.   This scroll tells the tale of two creatures, a warrior woman in the war-torn lands of Ascalon, Cantha and Elona. Her tale is below. Of the second, above, listen to the tales of the fae Fay D'Shan monk of Norrath. Seek them out whichever realm you may be, and sit zazen with them to the sound of the windless breath.
